January 18, 2021 | Kenji Monday January 18 is Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day, and we hope you all are getting some time out to enjoy time outdoors close to home. For those venturing further out and heading into the Park for a day visit, you will find the Park open and all fees waived in celebration and remembrance of our country’s top civil rights advocate. If you see an FOJT volunteer at the entrance, please give them a thumbs up and a smile, and we hope you can contribute a little to support our work inside and outside of our wonderful Joshua Tree National Park. Kicking off 2021, here’s a reminder of what we do and how we do it, in a short video clip. Especially fun if you aren’t heading into the Park just yet… Share this:EmailFacebookTwitterPinterest
