One comment on “Climbers take ACTION – NPS Planning Meetings for JTNP’s future

  • Thanks to all who made these initial GMP scoping meetings, to let the NPS know what we want to see in our National Park in the next 10-15 years. The Friday night meeting at the JTCC was well attended and roughly 10 climbers were in the house to represent.
The meeting had a lot of informational context that Supt. Sauer shared about the peripheral development plans around the Park for future years… very ominous stuff, some of it. FOJT should be bringing more of this to light as the General Management Plan for JTNP begins to form up. Stay involved!
